Store Info

Payment: Payment can be made via credit card or bank deposit (please request details).

Postage: All items are sent via Registered/Tracked Post due to the time it takes to create the handmade items in my store. You will be sent a tracking number once your items have been posted (within 2-5 business days of receiving your cleared payment). Please allow a further 2-10 business days for delivery within Australia.

Buyer responsibilities: It is your responsibility to provide correct and complete address details as you go through checkout and payment. If an incorrect or old address is provided, resulting in your order being returned to me, it will be re-sent at your expense. It is also your responsibility to pick up your parcel from your Post Office when it is 'Awaiting Collection'. I encourage you to follow the journey of your parcel online using the tracking number provided. Any item returned to me due to not being collected within Australia Post's timeframe, will be re-sent at your expense.

Return/complaint policy: If, for some reason, you are unhappy about a purchase, please contact me to discuss your concerns.
